Ms. Jayaprabha Chelladurai

A caring environment dedicated to offering genuine Montessori education, Meiyarivu Montessori Academy is led by Ms. Jayaprabha Chelladurai.

With a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA), she started working as a computer science teacher in 2003. Over time, a significant shift toward the Montessori method was spurred by her intense passion for early childhood education.

With specialized orientation at the Primary (ages 3 to 6) and Elementary (ages 6 to 12), Ms. Jayaprabha received extensive Montessori training from the Indian Montessori Centre (Tamil Nadu Chapter). Completed Toddler (18 months to 3 years) certification program at Kalpagam Montessori Training Center. Obtaining a Special Educator certification from the Madras Dyslexia Association (MDA) has given her the skills and empathy necessary to support a range of learning needs.

With more than 10 years of practical experience in traditional school and Montessori schools in Chennai, Ms. Jayaprabha offers a unique combination of academic proficiency, classroom wisdom, and a steadfast dedication to the Montessori philosophy. Her compassion, purpose, and unwavering faith in each child's boundless potential characterize her leadership at Meiyarivu Montessori Academy.
